LIMITATIONS

1 Expiry Product Management

2 Less Margin is also the biggest problem of Amul

Retailers ask for the replacement of damaged products.

Retailers are not interested in selling Amul Products because


of low margins.
SUGGESTIONS

 Beneficial schemes for retailers and distributors.

 Do not place more than one distributor in the same market area

 The company should consider the supply of products in the peak season

 The company should take care of retailers by solving their problems and calling back by the company

representative

CONCLUSION

• For Fresh Products, Indore is a huge market with a population of approximately 29 lakhs.

• There is a huge opportunity for Amul

• Sanchi, Shree dhi, Mother Dairy, and Local Vendors are the major competitor of Amul Fresh Products

• Other Companies provide visi coolers to retailers at very less cost in comparison to Amul

• Sanchi products have more shelf life with compare to Amul.
