ANNOTATION:
Our new lesson shall discuss the Internet. Alam ko na kabisado na ninyo ang topic na ito. Lalo pang naging
importante ang Internet ngayong panahon ng pandemia. This presentation aims in giving us more insights to the
Internet.
The topics shall likewise talk about technologies ang pertinent matters on how we can better use the Internet
for our daily communication and learning needs.
I divided the presentation into three parts. Likewise, I included annotations to further explain the topics.
Several slides have videos, I have a textbox in them to tell you where to click or tap to watch the video. They are
intended to discuss the topics on hand.
As always, huwag madilin ang pagbabasa at panonood ng mga slides. Focus on understanding its content.
Likewise, ipaalam agad sa akin kung may mga katanungan sa mga topics.
Introduction to the Internet
ANNOTATION:
The video reitereated the importance of the internet. Pinakita sa video ang ilan sa importanteng gamit nito.
The importance of the internet has been magnified especially during this pandemic. Just image going online
without internet connection. Lubhang magiging napakahirap.
Kapag babagal lang, ang internet connection natin, nagagalit na tayo. Dahil alam natin na ito ang paraan para
makapag online tayo. And being online means that we can do research, online classes, talk with our friends and
relatives abroad and others.
Our next topics shall discuss more information about the internet, and things that could hopefully guide us on
other internet features.
History of the Internet
ANNOTATION:
What can we learn from the previous video? Ung pong pagsisimula ng Internet. Yes, maliban dun ano pa?
We saw that the internet was not intended for commercial or household use. The internet was developed to
facilitate communication of the U.S. Government during the cold war. At nakita din natin ung itsura ng unang
computer noon, room-size ang laki.
As the video went on, the timeline on how the internet was developed until how we see it today was shown.
So to my earlier question, what did we really learn from it? Ang natutunan natin ay ang isang technology, like the
internet, continue to evolve or be innovated. Kaya dapat constantly updated tayo sa changing times and
technology.
It is worth mentioning that our subject is “LIVING IN THE I.T. ERA”. Ang ibig sabihin nito ay dapat alam natin
ang mga makabagong technology lalo na sa computer; since evverything is going digital nowadays.
We must be COMPUTER LITERATE. Dapat on our own, magagamit natin ang mga makabagong technology.
After the technologies of QR CODES, RFID, BIOMETRICS A.I., and SMART GADGETS that we would be
discussing soon, marami pang madedevelop in the yeard to come. So paano magagamit ang mga iyon, KEEP
YOURSELF UPDATED BY READING, READING AND MORE READING
How the Internet Works
ANNOTATION:
Napanood natin sa video ang overview kung paano nakakarating sa ibang tao ang pinapadalang mensahe
gamit ang internet.
The video illustrated the basic setup of the internet. Nakita natin na isang mahabang wire ang internet kung
saan naka connect ang mga servers tulad ng google, facebook at iba pa.
In our next lesson, part two, pag uusapan natin ng mas detalyado kung paano nangyayari ang mga ito.
