Terms and
Conditions
Ownership of information – All the pictures, basic content & other files to be used in the Website are to be provided by the client. The ownership &
responsibility of the content would solely lie with the client.

GTF Technologies would not be held responsible for any action taken/ claim made against the information/ pictures used during the project and
after formal project completion & closure from both ends.

Pictures – The pictures used in the Website would either be provided by the client or procured from online photo stock agencies, GTF Technolo-
gies would get the cost approved by the client and purchase the same, the invoice for which would be generated separately. If a photo shoot is
required, the complete responsibility for the execution of the shoot lies with the client. GTF Technologies will not be held responsible for any kind
of mismanagement or improper arrangements. All travel, boarding, and lodging charges have to be borne by the client for a photo shoot.

Website Delivery– GTF Technologies would support the client to get the Website hosted on servers located at third-party data centers and in this
case GTF Technologies is not responsible for any sort of loss of data/ time/ information/ business/ records etc. due to web & email hosting.
However, support would be extended for finding a resolution to the problems that may arise or a change of hosting within 3 working days.

Project Scope – The costing finalized would be based on the scope defined for the project and any additions/ enhancements to the scope of work/
any additional work done that falls out of the scope given in this proposal would lead to a revision of the proposal and may lead to revi- sions in
pricing as per prevailing rates. Change Management/ Additional Work would be invoiced separately.

Technical Support - Developmental support for the website beyond the specified service period of 1 month is out of scope as per this proposal. In
case of CLIENT demanding further support for the website regularly, a new and fresh proposal for Annual Maintenance Services would be
presented to the CLIENT at his request. The client has to take care of the server and their support issues related to migration, permission, and
security.

In the unfortunate event of any dispute between the Client and GTF Technologies, the matter would fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.

The Client may terminate the project at any time, upon providing GTF Technologies with 30-day written notice, and pay GTF Technologies for all
the work done till that point in time.
