Have you seen geese in flight?

V formation, adds up to 71 % more flying range than if the geese flew separately. People who share a common direction and a sense of belonging to one another can go farther together than alone.

Have you got goose sense?

Whenever a goose falls out of formation, it quickly gets back into formation to recover the lifting effect of the bird immediately in front.

If youve got any geese sense, you wont mind staying close to someone

How about sharing responsibility?

When the goose in the lead gets tired, it rotates back into the group, and another goose takes its place in the lead Shared leadership makes sense.

How do you communicate?

All the geese in the formation honk to encourage the one in the lead to keep up the speed. You choose how you communicate up to the leader. You can honk or you can whine

How about being there for other?

When a goose gets sick or shot down, two geese will drop out of the formation and follow the wounded one down to help and protect it. We were all made to be with others.

What is a team?

A team is two or more people with a common goal who work together to accomplish their shared objective.
