INTRODUCTION
M/s SCC Builders Pvt Ltd has to develop a Affordable Housing Project under Uttar Pradesh Pradan Mantri Awas
Yojana Partnership namely “SCC Blossom” located at Khasra No. 1179 & 1180, Village: Noor Nagar, District:
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Project is spread over area of 16,800.00 m2 (4.151 acres) and will have a built-up area of 84,920.48 m2.
Project is classified as Category 8(a) as per EIA Notification.
Project have 5 residential blocks namely Block A (2B+ ST+ 19F), Block B (2B+ ST+ 19F), Block C (2B+ ST+ 19F),
Block D (2B+ ST+ 19F) including one EWS block “Block X” (GF+ 10F). Apart from these structures, there will be
two separate buildings; (1B+ GF+ 7F) for Commercial Shops & Nursing Home and (2B+ GF+ 3F) for Nursery
School respectively.
