1. What difference do you make in the life of the
people around you at this time of pandemic:

1st word: SAcrament
Sacrament – means a material reality making present
a spiritual reality.
Example: A child is a sacrament of the parents.
Through the CHILD (material reality) he/she
makes present both father and mother (in
spite of their physical absence).
The comment people will tell about us:
You look like your mother or father.
You are behaving like your father.
You speak like your mother.
Comments you hear about you reflects the reality
that your Father or Mother is physically absent but
perceived by the senses as present in you.
JESUS CHRIST – is the “primordial Sacrament
Primordial = meaning existed at or from the
beginning of time already existed.
Jesus Christ incarnation (human) makes present to us
God’s saving love for all.
We do not see God, Jesus Christ makes reality
God in our life.
Looking at Jesus Christ, God the Father is reveal to
us.
We know the TRIUNE God because Jesus Christ made
it PRESENT to us by making HIMSELF – the SIGN and
SACRAMENT of God The Father and HOLY SPIRIT gift
of LOVE.
At present: The TRIUNE GOD is spiritually PRESENT
through the 7 SACRAMENT we can see, experience
and receive.
TRIUNE GOD = mystery of loving communion, is dynamically
PRESENT in our daily lives.
If JESUS CHRIST is the sacrament of the TRIUNE GOD
Therefore: the CHRUCH (US, believers) is the sacrament of
the Triune God.
Triune God = Jesus Christ = CHURCH
As “sacrament” of communion with the Triune God and of
unity and universal salvation among men, the Church has
characteristics “marks” of one, holy, catholic, and
apostolic, and its visible hierarchical structure.
Role of the TRIUNE GOD
God, the Father = creator of the world
= sent His SON JESUS CHRIST into the
world He created.
JESUS CHRIST = the Son of GOD made PRESENT the
GOD-the-Father to us and into the
world.
= After his death, Jesus made PRESENT
his LOVE for the God-the-Father to
US through the HOLY SPIRIT.
HOLY SPIRIT = brings about the communion between
God and all of US in the Church.
CHALLENGES TO US, BELIEVERS
1. Let US be sacrament of the TRIUNE God in the lives of
others.The Trinity is a controversial doctrine; many Christians
admit they don't understand it, while many more Christians don't
understand it but think they do.
2. As sacrament of JESUS CHRIST in the world let us be like
HIM in our words, deeds and attitude.Baptism
3. Baptism. Baptism is the first sacrament where you become united with Christ and the
Church – no other sacrament can be received without it.
4. LOVE must be the central point of unity among believers,
therefore let us be LOVABLE and LOVING.
5. We are nothing with Jesus Christ, we must cling to him,
love him and serve him. The TRIUNE GOD must be
