What is height?
A vertical length from ground to any point above the
ground, or
A distance between two points from the ground in
vertical direction.

Any work operated at above 1.8m or more from ground
level is regarded as ‘ working on height’.

Conclusion
to ensure a safe working environment, is better that all
works conducted at sites either at ground or at height
level, are properly conducted. Safety precaution
should be the first priority to all employers and
employees as stated by, labour act No.7 of 2007.
