It is easier to breath in the nose, because when you breath in through your
nose the air is warmed, moistened condition and mixed with nitric oxide which
does two important function, it will kills deadly bacteria and works as a
vasodilator on the airways of your arteries and capillaries.

we are drowsy or sleepy, the lungs do not take enough

sends a message that causes you to take a deep long breath
