Pseudophakia and Cataract

History
A 65 year old, male patient
c/o Diminution of Vision in LE since 6 months
History of Presenting Illness
He was apparently normal 6 months back. He noticed diminution of
vision in left eye (LE) which is painless and insidious in onset, gradually
progressive in nature, associated with glare at night while driving, and
coloured halos .
No history of flashes/ floaters
Past history
He was operated for right eye cataract surgery at MGM MCH hospital
1years back, surgery was uneventful, with good gain in vision.
No history of ocular trauma in the past
Systemic history
History of DM since 5 years under OHA
No h/o HTM / BA / COPD/ IHD
Personal history - Not significant
Family history – Not significant
Visual Acuity Without glasses With glasses
