Grading System:
1. Module Examination – 60%
2. Quizzes & Learning Tasks – 40% 3. Final grade = Average of Module 1 and Module grades Class Participation 1. Because of the nature of the subject the students are encouraged to recite, ask questions, and communicate their ideas and thoughts. 2. The students are encouraged to participate in class activities. 3. The students are encouraged to be present all the time. Short Quizzes • Expect quizzes to be given at the end of every topic. No need for announcement. • Shall be submitted at BBL in equivalent length of one fourth yellow paper. (don not submit a yellow paper). • Generally in essay form, patterned with Blooms Taxonomy. • Concise and meaningful. • Must reflect students’ comprehension of topics discussed during lectures and materials given/posted; thoughts and creation of ideas. Major Examinations Plus Presentation • To be given per syllabus schedule. • To be submitted at BBL following the instructions given during the examination • Generally in essay form, guided by Blooms. • Must reflect students’ mastery of the subject, materials and lectures given thru creation of ideas. • Shall include REQUIRED READINGS. • In form of class activities, oral and/or written
papers/presentations.
