Rules in Research
 1. Always be ready.
- Especially with the materials and information needed.
2. Always participate.
- In actual and online meetings and discussions.
3. Observe diligence and efficiency.
- In submission of outputs
4. Don’t assume.
- Ask when something is unclear/not understood .
Routines
 The members of the group must be seated together at
all times.
 Each group must have a facilitator to observe
organization, coordination and discipline of the
members; and, a secretary to keep the records and
outputs of the group safely.

 After every discussion, everyone is expected to write
his/her insight in the logbook.
 All outputs (drafts, mastery tests, etc.) are compiled
in a legal-size clear book.
 Consultation will be on first-come-first-serve basis.
Routines
 Ifthe group seeks to have a consultation with the
teacher outside the official class schedule, the leader
must set an appointment.
GUIDELINES IN SUBMISSION OF
OUTPUT
 Output must always observe proper technical writing.
 Always cite sources of the information that you used. No
Copy-Paste. Paraphrase, quote or summarize. Never
PLAGIARIZE.
 Write your output in third person point of view except for
personal journal/reflection. Do not use: I, we, us, our, you,
your, yours.
 Drafts are always in future tense.
EARLY BIRD POLICY
 Outputs must always be submitted on time. Deduction will be
given to late outputs.
 All drafts must be revised after checking.
 For those who will submit earlier than the deadline, they will be
given a temporary score. Upon return of their checked output, they
must submit a revised version within three (3) days to get
additional points for the edited output. The additional points will
be forfeited if the group fails to submit their revision within three
(3) days.

 Sir Ernell discussed the outputs, routines, guidelines and other important
reminders for the subject.
 Based on the article by Placido (2016), members found out that when
students do not submit their research output on time, they might end up
taking remedial class in Research 10 during summer.
 The researchers decided to work on the assignment and tasks on time.
Every members must help in accomplishing the research paper.
