Pavilion Bukit Bintang. Love Fashion Boutique specializes in providing high-end, fashionable clothing for
women and men. The company has a wide selection of clothing, ranging from casual to formal wear.

◦ Love Fashion Boutique was founded in 2013 by one fashion-forward entrepreneurs, who wanted to create a
place where women and men could find stylish clothing that was both affordable and fashionable. Since
then, the company has grown to become one of the most popular fashion boutiques in the city. The
company has a loyal customer base, and its products are highly sought after

A brief summary
The primary goal of the launch of love fashion boutique is market penetration. According to research, shoppers
who frequent boutiques fall into several age groups. They are typically aged 24 and under, 24 to 50, and 50 and older.
They are usually trendy and fashion conscious. They also expect to pay a higher price for their items than they would
for more common items sold by general clothing retailers. After market penetration is achieved, the market must be
developed into a sustainable client base.

◦ The basic/department structure format for our company is a functional structure. This is due to the fact that our business may
encourage efficient management, extremely motivated, support exchange of information, and give staff members options for
advancement within their functional specialties. As a fashion business, we have a CEO, Human Resources, Finance &
Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, and Operations. Our business prefers a functional structure since it
makes businesses run more efficiently by classifying employees according to their specialist knowledge and work history. It
creates a clear structure, reduces employee misunderstanding, and offers specialists room to focus on their task and develop
inside.
LEADING
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP - because this leadership will connect with team members` senses of identification
and the collective identity of the firm, and this leadership style aims to boost team members spirits and work output

they have to wait longer, still unable to reply or respond well

3. Quality – when you offer low price to compete in the market, you have to deal
with clothing quality

1. Participation in various clothing events – get wide exposure of
your clothing line to public and can know what other
competitors offer to their product
2. Government’s aid and incentives – encouraging young
entrepreneurs that just get into business (entry level) to
innovate product by using the aid given
THREATS
1. Existing competitors expand – when competitors expand, market gets bigger and
it will give pros and cons to your business
2. Pandemic disease – the Covid-19 pandemic or other infected diseases can give
disadvantage to all businesses in long term due to isolation in home
3. Inflation – when all necessary goods like food increase, people will be selective in
purchasing. They may save the money more on food rather than clothing. When
purchasing power decreases, it will impact to the business like in clothing line
