BYJU'S Business Development Training Program (BDT):

• 6 weeks Training Program- First 2 weeks of the job Training, Next 4 weeks On the Job Training
• Revised Targets During COVID- 19, Number of Sales- 2 to 4, ZOOM Demo Conduction Minimum 15 to 20 Based on the
targets Fixed by the Business Development Managers.
• 2 hours of Connected Call Duration, your attendance will be based on this, otherwise considered as LOP (Loss of Pay).
• Morning Meeting will be start by 9.30 AM
• For the First two weeks Day ends by Maximum 6.30 PM and During the next four weeks session will end by 8.30 with an
End of the day Meeting.
• Monday and Tuesday will be fixed Week off, if You Works, Productivity will increase and Helps to compensate the other
days Productivity, it’s totally Your opinion to Work.
• Our progression and job confirmation Totally based on our Performance and Our Potential to reach customers
• There will be One Sick/casual Leave per month during the Training Program and other optional Holidays Declared as per
the company Norms.
• Leads are Provided by the Managers don't worry about that we will get all the details about the customers through the
Byjus Marketing Team, Referral Leads are not allowed during the training Program it comes under the Violation of training
Program and we will be Disqualified.
Role of Business Development Training associate in BYJU'S

• There will be a total of 6 weeks training Program divided into two parts, First two
weeks totally about the BYJU'S Products and Company Policies. These sessions
are conducted by the BYJU'S Central Training Team Managers and we have to
attend the Live sessions based on the Schedules allocated for the batches, during
this COVID-19 Pandemic situation all Sessions and training Classes are conducted
through ZOOM for all the trainees at regular intervals, Session starts at 9.30 AM
every day from Wednesday to Sunday will end by 6.30. there will be Lunch break
for 1 hour and some other Leisure break times Based on the reporting Managers.
Business Developmenat Trainee Overview:

• At the End of Training Program, If You finished the Required or fixed


Target, wait for the results.
• Otherwise Look for Next Job and utilize the Experience You acquired
in the Entire Two Months with Different Edu-tech Companies.
• May be Managers will have told you to wait for two weeks but Having
a Backup Plan is Must if you have not achieved the Targets. Because
the Probability of Job confirmation is Very Less.
