What is Google Sheets?
 Google Sheets is a web-based spreadsheet application
that users can be able to store and to organize data to
become useful information like Microsoft Excel.
However, it does not provide the same features as
Microsoft Excel. It will not be
difficult for users to create formulas in spreadsheets
including creating complicated formulas.

Main Menu It allows you to create
spreadsheets and allows users to
use other
Google applications such as Google
Docs and Google Slides to allow
users to
access in your Google Drive.
Search - This allows you to search
on the previous spreadsheets that
you created
and shared.
Blank - This allows you to create a
blank spreadsheet in Google
Sheets.
Template Gallery - This allows you
to create a ready-made
spreadsheet and
already been formatted depending
on the desired type of spreadsheet.
(Examples: Inventory system, class
record, etc.)
Recent documents - These are
previously opened, edited, created,
or shared
spreadsheet in Google Docs.
Author of the document - Allows
viewing your own spreadsheet
either owned by
you or by another person or, owned
by anyone and now owned by you.
Sort options - Allows you to sort
your spreadsheet according to
recently opened,
modified, or titled.
Open file picker - This allows you to
upload your file either from your
Google Drive
or My Drive, shared spreadsheets,
starred documents, recent
documents, and
upload documents.

Toolbar - These are icons that


represent features of Google
Sheets that can also
be found in Menu Bar.

can enter formulas in a cell
representing either a
number, letter, or symbol. Users can
also input images either in a cell or
over a cell
as well.
