ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
• I take this opportunity to thank Our Principal Mrs SONALI
GUPTA for providing us the facilities to do our project.
• The successful completion of this project would be incomplete
without mentioning my Physics teachers Mrs Lalitha
Chandrasekar and Mrs Hema Mohanfor their valuable
guidance and constant help at each and every stage.
• I also Thank our lab assistant Mr James for In-Lab assistance.
• Then I would thank my Parents and friends who have helped
me with their valuable ideas in various Phases of completion of
this project.

Aim of the project
Title of the project allotted to you is your aim
For ex :
To find the refractive indices of any three
transparent liquids using a plane mirror, an
equi convex lens (made from glass of known
refractive index) and an adjustable object
needle.
4
Introduction
• Here you will write the functions of each
component you are using. ( ex Transformer is
a device used for converting low alternating
voltage to high alternating voltage ……it
works on the principle of mutual
induction……)
5
Theory
• It includes concept of physics , formula, circuit
diagram, explanation …..everything
• Please limit yourself to maximum 3 A4 size
papers
6
Apparatus required
• You can simply type….or take picture of the
components and name it…..your choice
7
Procedure
• Write the procedure followed by you in simple
steps.
8
Observation
Record your observations in table format.
Some of the projects may have only one observation
and will not come in table…..its ok mention that
Its simply….when your model works…what you
observe..
All group members should have individual readings
taken
Please remember…without this page you project will not be
evaluated. The external examiner will see this page
definitely. (The readings are to be hand written but table can
be made in computer).
9
Conclusion
• The Result of your experiment/ Project is your
conclusion…..which should match with your “
AIM OF PROJECT”
• If your Observation is not coming to full page,
you can have observation and conclusion on
the same page…..don’t waste paper.
10
Precautions
• Write all the precautions to be followed in
steps….
• Next heading Sources of error
• Again you can combine these two headings in
same page as they will fit in.
11
Bibliography
• You will give details about all the sources from where you
collected information regarding the project.
• Like……from net…..give website address
• From library……mention name of book you referred
• From teachers…..knowledge about functions of working of
components….
• From your Text book or lab manual etc…..
All of you may not have all of the above I mentioned….Just write
whatever fits in your project.
That’s all

Sum up ------STEPS
• Step 1: Browse net for your project topic . Do not follow only my reference video.
• Step 6: Print out your individual SOFT copy Do not forget to add name in first page
• Step 6: If you plan it out properly and execute it………. with in a span of 4 days, your file and your Working
model will be ready to be submitted.
• It is a group work so from cost till finish making file---all work to be shared by all the group members
• Step 7: Components – 1 set for entire group. But files should be separate for each person in the group
• Use page border for better presentation
