Detailed Venues Plan

• For every venue we scoped all the necessary FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) for each venue
• We  planned and organized the delivery of the sport equipment
• We signed the contracts with our suppliers

Made decisions to ensure smooth running of our operations: staffing plan, delivery
plan, material handling equipment plan, furniture and other material distribution plan

Assist FAs with logistics topics

• We discussed with all the FAs suggesting and helping them with planning of their spaces and logistics
operations 
• We finalized the orders for the FAs

You will be our contact person and the responsible person for your venue/s

You will work together with venue management (VEM) on daily tasks

You will coordinate  volunteers at your venue(s) and Logistics site crew (together with
VEM)

You will manage the venue warehouse and place orders for replenishment

You will oversee all deliveries of the materials to the FAs in your venue on daily basis

We are a service function:

• We support other Functional Areas when they need logisitics support
(furniture, move items, deliveries)
• We deliver the orders to the right place at the right time

We are one of the first FAs that is arrive at the venue and one of the last that
leaves the venue

We teach  volunteers
• We want them to feel as a part of the team
• We brief them,  give them clear instructions and support them in fullfiling
taks

Ensure running of all logistics operations in accordance with health and safety
regulations (gloves, shoes, vests and safety procedures in the working area)

We organize the dismantling of the venues:

Plan and organize the delivery of all the items back to the central warehouse

Transport of all the sport equipment to the "owners"

Oversee  and participate actively in furniture dismantling and pick up at each venue
