PLANTS

• Different geometrical shapes are used


under the trees like hexagonal shape.
• Sitting areas are separated in corner
space with proper shading.
• Trees can be found scattered in the
courtyard.
• Flower pots are placed along the sides
of the building to give a break from the
monotonous façade.
LIGHTING

• Pole garden lamps are used in path.

• Lights are arranged to define the


pathways.

• Some diffuse lights are located


along curb.

• Diffused light also place to create


silhouette or spot lighting.

• Down lighting are used along the


edge of pavement.
FOUNTAIN

• Have a prominent role in landscape design.


• Offer a comparatively easy way to
introduce the pleasing sensory effects of
moving water to the outdoor environment.
• Energizes the outdoor environment with
sound and movement.
• Act as a nodal point for the gathering.
• Also helps in increasing the aesthetic
beauty of the environment
SWIMMING POOL

• The swimming pool is a little further away from


public gathering places.
• The space is secluded and has adequate privacy.
• The floor of swimming pool is made up of small
square tiles.
• It has spacious deck space for gathering or
observation.
• Adequate lighting is provided to illuminate the
pool area at night to prevent accident or
conduct night time swimming activities.
