 PRESENT STATUS OF PROJECT FOR
COMPLETION
Since, we have already achieved financial progress (valid claims
for payment) more than 80%, and intended to complete all the
works forming part of the Project Highway to the extent of
encumbrances free right of way made available by 15th August
2022, the Contactor is rightfully entitled to get Provisional
Completion Certificate subject to completion of Testing as per
Schedule – K and will be initiated by end of July 2022 as per
Clause 12.1.2 of Contract Agreement.
 Change of Scope:

1) Modified Toll Plaza lane of 4 entry & 4 exit to be constructed

with ETC facilities (Rs. - 0.28 Cr. Negative variance)

2) Modification of alignment from km 35+415 to km 36+690 Rs.

15.07 Cr.

3) Construction of Jeep track on both sides of Periyar canal

bridge at CH. 13+550 as per the requirements of PWD
department (Rs. 1.56 Cr.)

4) Construction of MNB of (2 x 12m) span at CH. 11+989 as

required by the local people and commerce Minister of the state
of Tamil nadu (Rs. 6.73 Cr.)
 PRESENT STATUS OF COS PROPOSAL
In-Principle approval form Competent Authority for Change of Scope proposal has
been received and communicated on 20/04/2022 and we have been commenced our
activities immediately and work is in progress.
 
The Change of Scope works are mainly Minor Bridges and RE Wall approach and
due to rainy season, the execution of works under water bodies will take considerable
time. The minimum cycle period required for completion of these Change of Scope
items is 180 days from commencement of activities.
