This document proposes a voice-based email system to help blind users access email. It allows composing emails using speech recognition for the recipient, subject, body, and attachments. The system aims to overcome drawbacks of existing services not supporting speech recognition. It intends to maximize speech recognition accuracy and provide a hassle-free experience without using a keyboard. A literature review identifies past works but notes drawbacks like lack of audio feedback and usability issues for blind users.

Proposed System • The project aims to develop a voice based email system that would help blind people to access email in a hassle free manner with the help of the speech recognition system. • The system will not let the user make use of the keyboard instead will work on speech recognition. • In today’s age much of the communication takes place through internet • In our project, we attain the maximum accuracy of recognising the speech and convert into text.
