1. Henry Trouvers paternalistic leadership style was appropriate for TM because he fostered loyalty and treated employees like family, as shown when he chose not to report employees protesting wages against company policy. 2. One advantage of Henry's leadership style was that it led to low employee turnover by making workers comfortable and wanting to stay long-term. One disadvantage is that it did not align with TM's autocratic vision and authority to dismiss non-conforming employees. 3. TM's innovation in using lean production methods like JIT and outsourcing to cut costs, as well as controlling wages and performance, likely influenced their HR practices to also strictly control employees and keep labor costs low in order to achieve

1. The benefit of low labour turnover for TM (company) is
Workers who feel they are valued and respected are more productive and eager to engage in the workplace. A healthy corporate environment will
encourage employees to stay with your company over time when employees feel well treated through fair pay, benefits, healthy-living initiatives,
collaborative projects and open communication between management and staff. Economic conditions can also contribute to low turnover

Your company will be well run and well regarded if high-quality staff stick around for a long time. The longer they work for you, the better they do their
jobs, and the more they learn about how to troubleshoot and handle idiosyncratic situations. They get to know your customers, and they do a good job
serving as the face of your company. Customers think highly of your business when they see that you keep employees over time, especially in industries
such as food service that tend to have high turnover rates. When your turnover is low, you save money by avoiding unnecessary mistakes. Lower turnover
can also have a beneficial effect on the payroll even if you pay your long-term employees well because you don’t have to train new workers and you avoid
losing efficiency while they get up to speed.

The quality production of TM will stay or maybe will increased

because the employee who handle the job is experienced
2. Explain the appropriateness of Henry Trouvers paternalistic
leadership style.

Paternalistics leadership is  a management style in which a dominant, assertive figure operates as the h whom employees must trust,
obey and be loyal to. A paternalistic leader fosters a friendly work atmosphere, where employees see their coworkers as family.

Henry trouvers is appropriate to has a paternalostoc leadership style, you can see In the study case that “Henri returns to the stockroom, he sees two young
employees writing graffiti protesting the wages and management style. He is angry, but unsure what to do. He is a paternalistic leader so his instinct is to
talk to the two young employees and get them to remove the offensive words. However, according to TM policy, he must report them to a senior manager,
who would immediately dismiss them. Henri thinks, “this is too harsh as they would have no chance of getting another job”. He feels the need for worker
solidarity. He knows that he, himself, might be disciplined for not reporting this behaviour, but he pretends not to see anything.

Henry is facing in 2 choices when he saw the two workers are want to protest and break the policy of the company. He must reported these too his senior
management as a discipline workers. But he choose to not report it and telling with a good words and ask to remove the offensive words with good ethic. It’s
show you that Henry Trouvers is appropriate to have a paternalistic leadership style.
3. With reference to TM, outline one advantage and one disadvantage
of Henry's leadership style

is to have the lowest prices in the market. TM uses lean production methods including  20
