number of queues and waiting time of the customer were increased for
reserving the ticket.
 Long waiting time makes the customer dissatisfied and customers are
not sure of the ticket hence losing the business.
 Ticketing is very slow due to manual systems it increase the customer
waiting time
 Operating cost is more due to the manual and legacy systems.
 Manual systems are prone to cheating the money by the ticket seller.

Description of existing system
 In existing system people need to go to the cinemas counter on their
own to reserve a movie ticket.
 Further cinema hall owner has to hire large number of staff at the
counter for selling tickets. Hence this system is much boring and not
much user friendly.

Player of the existing system
 Player represents any thing or anyone participates in the system. This may
include people, external system, and other organization. In the existing ticket
reservation system there are different players namely customers, manager,
ticket seller, seat shower, security guard and Electronic technician.

The existing organizational structure of HIWOT

Cinema
The work flow in the existing system is performed starting from the top level
cinema manager to lower level of the ticket seller person. The manager can get
movies from film directors and he makes some arguments with film directors.
The ticket seller seat in the door and make sell a ticket for customers and the
ticket receiver receive tickets from customers then the seat shower direct the
customer to proper seat.
