• The presentation is about giving a wonderful information or research to present in some


people for work or education.
• These are the guidelines in how to successfully create your own presentation by means of
oral or visual presentation.
VISUAL PRESENTATION

• The word “visual” means vision that refers on looking in a object or reading something.
• Visual presentation is a type or kind of presentation through visual aids or PowerPoint presentation that can be seen watched or read to understand the
information that is presented.
• The apps that can be used to create a visual presentation is:
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• PowerPoint
• Visme
• Google slides
• Prezi
• Canva
• Vengage
• Keynote
VISUAL PRESENTATION

When creating a visual presentation you must consider these factors:


• Templates –to design your background and theme to make it more attractive.
• Simplicity –make it more simple and readable for easier been understand by the reader.
• Titles –To make it more attractive and more defined visual aid.
• Rule of 8 –no more than 8 words per line and 8 Lines per slide.
• Bullets -The poInts on your bulleted list should be parallel with each other.
• Design – Put designs on your slide to make your audience satisfied and attracted to your work.
• Color –make a color scheme to make life on your visual presentation.
• Images –add images to give more specific information through your visual aid its more important to your audience to easily
relate on the topic.
• Spelling –watch your spelling and correct it properly to be exactly understand by the audience.
ORAL PRESENTATION

• Oral presentation is on the spot presentation explained by a person that been instructing
presentation.
• Oral presentation is may be on the spot or via video or in a video call platform.
• When doing oral presentation you must observe cleanliness and clearness of your
presentation to properly deliver the desired information of the audience.
ORAL PRESENTATION

• Timing – it’s a must because you only have limited time to deliver your presentation and make all of your
variations and extra program on time.
• Audience –you must know your audience’s behavior or the things they demand or expect to apply it on your
presentation.
• Content –the content must be clear or properly delivered and explained on detail.
• Organization –you must organize your layout and make your presentation organized.
• Powerpoint –you should add a PowerPoint presentation to your presentation to enhance your presentation.
• Be prepared –make yourself prepared when anything happens like technological failure or errors.
• Tone –you should elaborate the feeling or the setting by means your tone to adopt by your audience.
• Practice –practice speaking slowly and properly to allow your audience to understand it better.
