• 4. Create Emotion
• Bring ideas to life by connecting them to an experience.
• Role of Motivator: creative ideas can only be realized when people are
enthusiastic & inspired about them.
• Three steps by JAGA in creating emotion:
• Experience Lab launched in 2005: Jaga tested tech. long before orgs. had even
heard of them- helped JAGA win contracts from leading building projects at
London, Moscow & Madrid.
• Exhibitions & Events: in 2007, Heatwave radiator was shown to public by JAGA
as if it was a piece of art: an experience was created that touched all senses.
• JAGA Product days launched in 2007: 5-day product design event: all JAGA
personnel encouraged to come up with new ideas, no limits. Most successful

Harmonize the groups of believers
and non-believers

CEO can organize meetups with both groups & brainstorm

Explain benefits & costs to nonbelievers

Decide a timeline to phase it out if it didn’t pick pace

Gather information on external stakeholders

19
Quality improvement on Uchronia

• Put a few existing ongoing

projects as a test phase
• Design focus : seek consultation
from design teams
• Feedbacks from people who
joined but didn’t continue on the
platform
• Market Research

20
Shutdown • As stated earlier, there should be a
decided timeline to quash the
project if it does not work
• People may still refrain from
sharing creative ideas publicly.
• He can set up a creative lab and
incentivize creators to come
collaborate and innovate
• Lab can be used to check economic
viability of projects before final
rollout of projects
