My Overall Reaction to the film
The movie had really good build-up, and interesting subplots—what it did not,
however, was a satisfying and cohesive ending; true, perhaps we got symbolic
“acceptance”, but nobody had a very satisfying conclusion to their arcs; in fact,
most of the time I didn’t even know who a character was, or that they had an arc
at all.

I have to say, though, I like the way the movie showcased relationships, and
showed the characters as being more than their orientation. However, I felt the
“town gossip” part was lacking.

Overall I feel like the movie was a bit confused in its execution, but had interesting
concepts.
