Path. (ex. HRMS 7.5 to 8 or Financials,
Manufacturing and Distribution 7.0 to 8).
Consists of steps for all Platforms,
Languages and Products.

Behind the Scenes - Example

SQL Scripts:
 Copies the SQL Script to the Upgrade Assistant Input
Directory.
 Modifies the SQL Script if needed (Depending on the
platform).
 Runs the SQL Script based on the SQL Query tool
specified in the Database Configuration through the
Command line.
 Upon completion, the Upgrade Assistant cycles
through the Log file checking for errors.
 If an error is detected, the Upgrade Assistant marks
the step as failed and stops all processing, if
successfully, UA marks the step as complete and
continues to the next step.
