Opening the Model User form
1.Click Model User from the “Access Request Creation” section of the home page

2.The request form is now visible

3. Select who do you create the request for

4. Select Company

6. Type in user you want to copy access from and press Enter, all his roles will be shown
below, click the button below to select all roles you need.

Please add Role – SSO Portal EP also before submitting the request
(Select Company as Global before adding, See below )

7. Click on next

8. Type in description the reason why you need access. Role Approvers will approve
based on the reason you give. (Roles will get rejected if you don’t give proper reason)

9. Click on next & Click on Submit

10. A system generated notification is also sent to user/requester to confirm the request
submission

11. Once the request is approved by all approvers a system generated notification is sent
to user/requester to inform them on the completion of their access request
