With the use of thematic analysis, it revealed four (4) themes that describe the
experiences and ways of school dropouts before they achieve their success. In the
findings you can learn strategies and what the struggles they face. Therefore, the
researchers generated a theme are the following: Endeavor, Challenges, 1919
Perseverance and Achievement called E. C. P. A. model.

• Endeavor
• This refers on the ways on how school dropouts keep on going to become
successful despite of their condition, their condition is their motivation to keep on
going. Endeavor in the model is represented by the feet of the school dropout that
make them to keep on going to push the rock which is the problem of the school
dropout in achieving their success.
• Challenges
• The theme challenges refer to all the problems faced by the participants. The
Challenge of the school dropouts from establishing their businesses is difficult.
The challenges symbolized as the rock because it stop or blocks the school
dropout to achieve success or reach achievements but the participants must not
stop there, they must keep pushing harder. 20

• Perseverance
• The next theme is Perseverance, as the participants have to persevere that refers
to the theme perseverance where the participants need to overcome all the
challenge in pursuing to be successful in life. . The hands of the school dropout
represent perseverance in not quitting on the challenges and keep pushing all the
challenge to achieve success.
• Achievement
• This theme refers to the success that the school dropouts had achieved in their
business despite of their challenges and condition. This model symbolizes the
peak of the mountain that means the success of their life through their business
by overcoming the challenges that they had faced.

• This phenomenological study came up with the model of the representation E. C.
P. A. which describes the lived experiences of school dropouts in the field of
business. This study concluded the experiences and came up with the following
conceptual themes: Endeavor, Challenges, Perseverance and Achievement.
