Prioritized Problem

Necessity of nursing education services.

Re-Entry Presentation 06/11/2021 13

Significance of Prioritized
Problem
• Nursing education consists of the theoretical and practical
training provided to nurses with the purpose to prepare them
for their duties as nursing care professionals.
(Chaghari M, saffari M, ebadi A, Ameryoun ,2017)

• Both theory and practical knowledge is important for nurses

as they work in different areas of hospital.
(Chaghari M, saffari M, ebadi A, Ameryoun ,2017)

• I observed the lack of theoretical knowledge among nurses
working at my work place as they prefer ward routine work
and are far away from nursing education and recent changes in
education.

Literature Review
• Empowering education is a new model for in-service training
of nurses, which matches the training programs with
anagogical needs and desirability of learning among the staff.
(Chaghari M, saffari M, ebadi A, Ameryoun ,2017)

• Owing to its practical nature, the empowering education can

facilitate occupational tasks and achieving greater mastery of
professional skills among the nurses.
(Chaghari M, saffari M, ebadi A, Ameryoun ,2017)
