P1MC14: Executive Summary

 More than 28% Cells has been up tilted compared to BM


 Almost 11% Traffic has been increased comparing to BM
 Almost 25% sites being swapped from ZTE sites where some formula dispute found with DT KPI
comparison evidence
 DL/UL user throughput degraded in those cluster having ZTE sites
 Inaccessibility KPI has been improved by 10%
 15% ERAB Drop rate has been gained
 5% HOSR gained after step by step continuous optimization
 14% RRC SR & 10% DRAB SR has been improved in this clusters
 Significant improvement observed in CSFB SR comparing to BM

Including ZTE Sites::
• 5.03% DL_User_Throughput(Mbps) has been degraded
including ZTE sites(DHK_L0186 & DHK_L0293)
• 6.61% total traffic gained consider all vendor in BM and
POST(NOKIA+Huawei+ZTE)
• After Optimizing continuously DL_User_Throughput has
been gained by 10% from 17th July.
• We have already sent the formula dispute in ZTE vendor.

Excluding ZTE Sites::


• 11.73% DL_User_Throughput(Mbps) has been improved
excluding ZTE sites(DHK_L0186 & DHK_L0293)
• KPI counted as BM Vendor(NOKIA+Huawei) and POST
Vendor(NOKIA+Huawei)
• 21.61% total traffic gained after excluding ZTE sites from
BM & POST
• We have already sent the formula dispute in ZTE vendor.

Including ZTE Sites::
• 19.5% UL_User_Throughput(Mbps) has been
degraded including ZTE sites(DHK_L0186 &
DHK_L0293)
• 6.61% total traffic gained consider all vendor in BM
and POST(NOKIA+Huawei+ZTE)
• Best efforted Logical parameter tuned and some
improvement found in UL_User_Throughput from
17th July.
• We have already sent mail to customer regarding
formula dispute in ZTE vendor.

Excluding ZTE Sites::


• 12.5% UL_User_Throughput(Mbps) has been
improved after excluding ZTE sites(DHK_L0186 &
DHK_L0293)
• 11.73% total traffic gained Excluding ZTE Vendor
from BM & Post KPI
• More than 15% UL_User_Throughput has been
improved after continuous optimization from 17th
July
• We have already sent mail to customer regarding
formula dispute in ZTE vendor.

 After Continuous optimization from 16th July Inaccessibility KPI has been improved by almost 20%
 LNCEL,SIB,Idlemode Parameter,sintrasearch,t304intrasearch,thalfrrccon,rrcguardtimer,etc
