MY TRANSITION PLAN

GAP YEAR 

• After high school I plan to take a gap year to work full time to save
up for university. My plan is to stay at the job I'm working at right
now which is Browns Social House, work their part time on
weekends or at night, then get a full-time job during the week
MAIN GOALS 

I want to have $10,000 saved up To get valid work experience  Learn more about myself and

• Job description: This position includes
answering calls, booking patient
appointments as well as hospital
MEDICAL OFFICE appointments, showing patients to exam
ASSISTANT rooms, faxing, filing, and other
responsibilities as they are needed
• Schedule: 8, hour shifts Monday to Friday 
• Salary: $20.00 per hour 
• Benefits: on-site parking 
ESTIMATED INCOME

• Browns Social House • Medical Clinic Langley


• $15.00 per hour Township 
• 10 hours per week • 20$ an hour
• $600 every month • 40 hours per week
• 1,600 gross pay
• 1,200 net pay
• 2,400$ every month
• TOTAL: $3,000 
ESTIMATED MONTHLY EXPENSES 

• Room and board: $500 


• Car insurance: $325
• Gas: $250
• Phone: $100
• Entertainment: $300
• Clothes: $200
• Toiletries: $100
IN TOTAL THAT WILL

I plan to save $1,000 every month to go towards

If I’m making $3,000 a month and only having MY SAVINGS
