Surperlatives Adjectives

This document provides rules for forming superlative adjectives in English. It explains that for one-syllable adjectives, the superlative is formed with "the -est"; for adjectives ending in consonant-vowel-consonant, the last consonant is doubled; and for adjectives ending in -y, the -y is replaced with -iest. It also notes that for two or more syllable adjectives, "the most" is used, and that some adjectives like good, bad, far, and little are irregular. Examples are given to illustrate the rules for forming superlative adjectives in different contexts.
