INTRODUCTION:
• Now a days Bangladesh has became an economic
developed country. And day by day it is increasing.
Bangladesh has recently gone to a new position of
world’s economy ranking. So World’s largest
investments bankers are keen to invest in
Bnagladesh.
THE REASONS WHY BANKERS ARE
KEEN TO INVEST IN BANGLADESH:
 Rapid growth of Economy:
The market based economy of Bangladesh is the 43 rd largest in the world in nominal terms,
and 30th largest by purchasing power parity.
 Low Level Cost:
Bangladesh is one of the lowest and cheapest labor costing countries in the word. It helps
an organization to minimize their cost and maximize their profit .
 Facilities and incentives for a foreign investor:
• Tax exemption on royalties, technical knowledge and technical assistance fee facilities for their
re patriation.
• Tax exemption on interests on foreingn loans.
• Tax exemption on capital gains from transfer of shares by the investing company.
• No restrictions on issuance of work permits to project related foreign and national employees.

These are the most important factors that a investor concern before investing.
CONCLUSION:

So, Bnagladesh is now a rapidly growth economic


developed country. There has many sectors to invest
in large amount in against of good shares and profit.
Many largest investor banks are keen to invest in
Bangladesh.
