History:

 Established in 1951 and Founded by Muhammad


Yahya.
 Nishat Group is one of the leading business
groups in South East Asia.
 Nishat mills limited was incorporated as a private
limited company in 1959
 Nishat Mills was a partnership company at first
and then converter into a private limited company.
 In 1961, the company got listed in Karachi Stock
Exchange.
 In1989. the company got listed in Lahore Stock
Exchange, and then in 1992, it got lister in
Islamabad Stock Exchange.
Introduction:
 Nishat mills limited a flagship company of Nishat
group ranks among the largest and most successful
textile export of the country.
 The group has strong presence in three most
important business sectors of the region namely
Textiles, Cement and Financial Services
 Overall Nishat has 28 manufacturing unit each
specializing in a specific product range located at
Faisalabad Sheikhupura ferozewala and Lahore
 Nishad has established its on power generator
facilities at all plants location that fulfill the internal
demand as well as generator surplus for supply to
WAPDA .
 Nishat has a very broad base of customers for its product both in and
outside Pakistan.
 The company has long working relationship with top brand of the
word such as J.K.N international
 Nishat mills limited export more than 90% of its product mainly to the
fair is Europe and United state.
 50% off their product export to USA.
 And other 40% too to middle East Russia and France.
 Nishat is a green company and court certified of ISO 9001, IKO-TEX
100 SA 8,000 and city pad.
About Nishat Group
 It was started in 1990 with a spinning mill of only 14400
spindles.
 It is the 4th largest textile company in Pakistan.
 Its yearly spinning production is now 75000 tons of yarn.
 In 2007, the group diversified into the power sector.
 NC Electric was set up in 2014.
 The group founded NC Entertainment in 2015.
