Export History Data From DPACK 3S

Step1: Copy tool file

Please copy tool [BatDataExport] file to "c:\".
Memo:
The file must copy to path "c:\".

Step2: Modify Server Connection Setting

Open [C:\BatDataExport\Export_Data\Step1.Server_Connection_Setting.bat],
Edit DPACK server connection(same with DPACK 3S server connection in dpack.ini).
The DPACK 3S database server connection
•( local ) Server Name
•sa User Name
•sa password
•yimm_sd database name
After Modify, double click Step1 for

Step3: Export Data

Double click file
[C:\BatDataExport\Export_Data\Step2.Run_Data_Export.bat].
Generate ExportData.zip file by tool auto,
please use this file to upload in next step.

[ Migrate Result ]
Show the migration item result: [ OK or NG ]
Once any item result is NG, it means migration failed, please stop and contact with PIC.

Step1: Upload & unzip File (1)

1. Click [Import] button to upload the ExportData.zip file (which export from
DPACK 3S in Part1).
2. Click [unzip] button to extract upload file.
Memo:
Import & unzip can do more than 1 times before start next action.
But, once you start [master] action, please don’t upload ExportData.zip again.

Step1: Upload & unzip File (2) MD Area
YIMM IT
For sub dealer migration in MD area , need prepare dealer units stock file
additionally.
1. Export dealer unit stock Frame No. from MD DPACK system.
2. Prepare file, the file as following.
3. Click [Import] button to upload this file.
Memo:
MD area sub dealer migration only, for DDS area not need this step.
File Name: dealercode_Stock_MC.txt
File Content: only Frame No.

Step2: Start Migration

Please click action button one by one to finish migration. How long takes?
master (about 5 minutes)
master -> unit -> parts -> service ] unit (about 20 minutes)
parts (about 20 minutes)
emo: service (about 20 minutes)
nce you click action button, please wait unit this action normal finish. Total about 1 hour.
uring this time, please do not do other action, just waiting.
If status NG, migration failed,
Please stop and report to PIC

Step3: Export Migration Data Check Result

en finish [service ] action, you can export migration data check result.
include all migration data check by system auto.

Step4: Start Using System

When all item status OK, it means data migration How long takes?
Start using system
finish successfully. (about 15 minutes)
Please click [start using system] to finish migration.
Memo:
Please wait until this step finish, then you can login to use system.
If finished start using system still can’t login system, please report to PIC.
