ESSENTIALISM
What Is the Core Logic of an
Essentialist?
CONCLUSION
Essentialism is not a way to do one more
thing; it is a different way of doing
everything. It is a way of thinking.
CONCLUSION
There are 3 deeply entrenched assumptions
we must conquer to live the way of the
Essentialist: “I have to,” “It’s all important,”
and “I can do both.”
CONCLUSION
There are 3 core truths we must embrace to
acquire the true essence of Essentialism: "I
choose to,” “Only a few things really matter,”
and “I can do anything but not everything.”
CONCLUSION
Lastly, as we rid ourselves of the nonsense of
Nonessentialism and replace it with the core
logic of Essentialism, the way of the
Essentialist becomes natural and instinctive.
