development (PD) in the new LDMs that your School
has adopted.

In this session, you will come up with a realistic


plan for your continuing PD that responds to your
identified need in relation to the content and pedagogy
of the learning area/s you are teaching using the LDM.
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:
1. identify the PD programs available for you
2. reinforce positive feelings about teaching as a career
