Introduction

Psychological capital is positive and developmental


state of an individual.
This can be a quest to determine what a right attitude
is.
DIMENSIONS
• HOPE
• SELF EFFICACY
• OPTIMISM
• RESILIANCE
Hope
Hope is an emotional as well as motivational state of
people.
It is related to the attitude of mind or way of thinking.
In hope we set our goals and find te ways to achieve
those goals.
Self Efficacy
Efficacy is a perception or belief regarding ones
personal abilities.
Having confidence to abilities to achieve the specified
goals.
Optimism
Optimism is having positive expectation about the
difficult times and crises.
An optimistic person will take negative events
temporary and positivity as permanent.
Resilience
Resilience concerns with positive adaptation and the
ability to bounce back from Crises, negativity and
difficult times and to never give up by failure.
