(allocation of Booth )

Call PO1, PO2, PO3, peon from the
mobile number given in duty order and
gather all Polling Team member at one
place.

Collect the EVM , forms and other
required materials from respective room
or table as per your booth no.

The Presiding Officers should compare the machine
number inscribed on the metal label and the
adhesive sticker and also verify the Polling Station
no. indicated on the sticker and compare it with PS
no. mentioned in the address tag before
accepting the EVM/VVPATs.
Discrepancy, if any, shall be brought to the notice of
the officer in charge of dispatch arrangement and be
reconciled.

a. Set up of PS (Slogans / Photo etc should be
removed from the room), mark 100& 200 m range
b. Set up of Voting Compartment
c. Display of different notices.

e. Write booth no, stamp on forms, prepare covers
f. If agent comes, take appointment letter from
him, verify sign
g. If agent comes, take his appointment
letter from him, verify sign, issue I-card to him. 13

Again press “CLEAR” button to delete the votes casted
during mock poll. Display of CU will show “Deleting
Votes” message. Now close the compartment and starts
