Call PO1, PO2, PO3, peon from the


mobile number given in duty order and
gather all Polling Team member at one
place.

Collect the EVM , forms and other
required materials from respective room
or table as per your booth no.

The Presiding Officers should compare the machine
number inscribed on the metal label and the
adhesive sticker and also verify the Polling Station
no. indicated on the sticker and compare it with PS
no. mentioned in the address tag before
accepting the EVM/VVPATs.

Discrepancy, if any, shall be brought to the notice of


the officer in charge of dispatch arrangement and be
reconciled.
