ICE Evidence Format

The document outlines the process for achieving different levels - knowledge (K), experience (E), and ability (A) - for professional engineering attributes. K is achieved through basic understanding, E through supervised work experience, and A through demonstrated competence in various situations without supervision. Evidence of achieving each level should be recorded with dates, projects, and brief descriptions. Examples are provided of increasing experience and ability in health and safety roles over time on construction projects. Development activities that could contribute to professional growth are also listed.
