Dear Business Partners,
We are glad to present you Indonesia Kreatif. In Indonesia, over 11,8 million number of
people do not own a home. Everyone hopes to the point where they want stability in
their lives. Owning a set neighborhood, schools and community. We realized the
Indonesia is a great majority of our goals, and at the same time, considerably
strengthened our financial stability. Basic economic indicators in property charted
progress over the past year.

In our project, we have smart home technology. Manifesting by the form of a housing
concept which is integrated with technology where residents can turning on/off
devices at home such as air conditioners, TVs, lights, monitoring using CCTV, locking
doors and windows, turning on garden water, paying electricity, telephones, TV cable,
and the Internet using their Smart Phone.

In conclusion, We would like to thank all of our business partners for their trust and ongoing support. We believe that business
co-operation with all of you, who are sharing in the success of our home project, will lead us to grow further as a modern and
effective company.
