LIVING ROOM
The model apartment did not have cross ventilation and there was no proper
air flow. It had air flow from the entrance through the balcony adjacent to the
dinning area.
MASTER BEDROOM
The circulation for the master bedroom was very less, the master bedroom had no
furniture in particular other than the closets
GUEST ROOM
KIDS ROOM
Kids bedroom was very compact considering their daily activites, similar to the master bedroom there
was no furniture such as study table.
KITCHEN
The kitchen was spacious (circulation) compared to other living areas, there was an attached
storage/laundry room. The ventilation was comparatively better than the other spaces.
DINING AREA
The space for the dinning area was better but it was not helping the circulation space for
the bedrooms. The balcony adjacent to the dinning area was pleasing as it provided
lighting.
BATHROOM
The bathroom in the apartment contains one of the special features: a rectangular bath clad in 5 cm x 5 cm (1.96
inches) turquoise blue ceramic tiles. A concrete reclining ‘chaise-long’ at the edge of the bath is pretty efficient
for the water to not pass through the lavatory area.
