INTRODUCTION.
• Nursery Kids Management System provides a very easy and user-
friendly interface to the Operators of the Software, consist of secure login
for the Operator(Administrator) of the Software. Nursery Kids
Management System does not require any special training to use it, or
handle it, any person with minimal computer knowledge can Operate it,
thanks to its friendly user-interface and Graphical format, which makes
the usage of it very easy and clean to use. Nursery Kids Management
System is a simple software which males the task of a Nursery schools
easy and efficient.

• enquiery :All the information about the student who enquirs is


provided and managed proper.
• admission :All the information about the student is provided and
managed proper.
• reciept: All the information about the student reciept is provided and
managed proper.
• teacher: All the information about the teachers is provided and
managed proper.
• Facility : All the information about the student facility given is
provided and managed proper.

It will contain information about students.


SCOPE OF THE SYSTEM.
• Nursery Kids Management system facilitates it’s user with a highly friendly
Graphical user Interface, which saves his precious time and energy, unlike
the traditional method of Nursery Kids Management System. This system,
involves teacher and school, which are vital for every Nursery Kids.
• Management System, they are – teacher, student. And one more could be
added that is the Admin himself who becomes a part of this System by
using it.
• Basically Nursery Kids Management System has these two and others
entities or things to manage which cause them nightmares, if not handled
properly. Nursery Kids Management System is a solution for handling
these two and others entities, which it does perfectly and in a simple way.
OBJECTIVES.
The purpose of developing Nursery Kids Management system is to
computerized traditional way of keeping the record of the student.
Another purpose for developing this software is to generate the report
automatically at the end

The purpose of developing Nursery Kids Management system is to
computerized per requirements.
 It uses as an operating system.
 Less time consuming for students entry.
 Less time consuming for teacher entry.
 Reciepts is generated automatically on the basis.
 Grand total is occurring automatically on the basis of units stored.
 Security of data can be increased.
 Reports are generated easily and automatically.
 It is menu driven system with all the validation done of different entities
and avoids redundancy of data.
EXISTING SYSTEM.
In the existing system the records are done only manually but in proposed
system we have to computerized all the data using this software.

DRAWBACK:
 Lack of security of data.
 More man power.
 Time consuming
 Consumes large volume of paper work.
 Needs manual calculations.
 No direct role for the higher officials.
 Maintaining records in register lead to data redundancy.
PROPOSED OF THE SYSTEM.
The aim of proposed system is to develop a system of improved facilities.
The proposed system can overcome all the limitations of the existing
system. The system provides proper security and reduces the manual
work.

Following are the advantages of the proposed system:

 Security of data.
 Ensure data accuracy’s.
 Proper control of the higher officials.
 Minimize manual data entry.
 Minimum time needed for the various processing.
 Greater efficiency.

LIMITATION
 Due to large database, there is a possibility of losing data.
 Time required for searching and processing of records is more.
 To maintain the paperwork, large storage is required.
 Due to manual system, retrieving of reports is user dependent and
there is no accuracy of reports
