the factors such as campus social development, campus population and the growth plan, residential accommodation, land use, environment impact,
sustainability, local community impact and interaction, transportation, provision of utilities and communication infrastructure that aids in the in-campus growth
and contributes to the overall community development.

LIVING AND STUDYING.
IT SHOULD BE IDEALY A QUIET COMFORTABLE OASIS APART FROM THE NORMAL
NOISY, BUSY, CONGESTED WORLD.
