HISTORY
• BIKE ZONE
• Company was establish in 2007 in Dwarka,
Delhi.
• It is basically a service and repair firm
which have the max capacity of 30 to 40
bikes a day.
• They restore old bikes , service of
superbikes daily commuters etc.
First week of internship
• Attending calls.
• Interaction with staff members.
• Maintaining the record of spare parts.
• Making job sheets.
• Keeping track of ordered parts.
Basic issues with motorcycles
• Clutch plate (as it wear out)
• Timing chain (engine making noise)
• Spark plug problem
• Piston ring wear out
• Brake ,clutch ,acceleration wire change
• Brake pads change or brake shoes change
• Wiring related issues (fuse ,lights etc.)

ROYAL ENFIELD 500
Service of royal Enfield 500
• Engine oil 2300ml
• Oil filter ,suction filter and
air filter.
• Fuel pump and injector
check.
• Brake oil top up if required.
• General checkup like fuses
wiring indicator etc.
• As the bike vibrate more it
requires all the nut and bolt
tighten up regularly.

• Brake pad check
• Brake oil top up (80-90ml)
• Engine coolant (800-900ml)
• Fuel pump and injector check.

Pulsar NS200 / RS200
Service of Pulsar NS200 /RS200
• Similar to KTM
• As both the company share the same engine .
• Bajaj is a brand through which the company
introduce itself in the Indian market.
• Almost every part is similar in both the bikes.
• Often we use pulsar part in KTMs as they are
cheap and despite both are the same.
• Often fuel injectors and pump are used in KTMs
are of pulsars.

ACTIVA 110
The Activa was launched at a time when geared scooters and 100cc commuter motorcycles
ruled the Indian two wheeler market, in 2000. 18 years on, it regularly tops the sales charts as
the highest-selling individual vehicle in the country.
The Activa has seen one major update in the 18 years that it has been on sale, in 2009. The
engine displacement went from 100cc to 109cc, and power, torque and fuel efficiency all went
up. The Activa has gone from a single model to a range: the Activa 3G / Activa 4G/ Activa 5G is
the variant that is the most popular, with unisex appeal and a metal body. There is also an
Activa-i that is designed to appeal more to the fairer sex.
For those looking for a little more from their Activa, there exists the Activa 125, with a 125cc
engine, as the name suggests. It also offers telescopic front forks and a front disc brake – both
features that are not part of the 110cc Activa’s palette.
The Activa has earned its reputation on the back of its indestructible build and low-cost and
trouble-free maintenance. In addition, its mechanicals in different forms also contribute to
other non-geared offerings in the Honda range.

• Check for belt wear (As they run on belt
drives).
TVS Jupiter
• Similar to Activa.
• All the scooters having the same
displacement are similar in service also.
• In the case Activa and Maestro old gen.
all the parts are almost similar.
• As due to the long partnership between
the Hero and Honda their parts
manufacturer are same for a long period
of time.
