XPAC 9 – 10 Maret 2012

Tujuan Workshop
• Mendapatkan forecast 3 month dengan cepat.
• Membuat life of mine Pit
• Penerapan XPAC untuk Forecasting
Delete Old Data (on Main data base)
Project Properties remove the hierarchy
XPAC data
Close XPAC
Open XPAC
Import Main data base
Import Top Soil (1,2 M)

Setelah itu tekan F9


Import OB Reserve
Import Polygon
Import Top Soil
Import Polygon OB
Check Plot Polygon

Press F10 to refresh polygon


And than press ESC for fit view
Import Features Layers
Choice file dxf features layer nya
Actifed Features Layers

Press F4 and Choice


The layer
Check View Features Layers
Setting Unit at Calendar database
Setting view)

When finished
Press F9 For Calculated
Setting Calendar Hierarchies

Deleted or additional data


Setup Scheduling Scenario
Choice Fleet Allocation
Back to Polygon Animation
Prepare Input Path data

Insert Fleet
Select Sequence As digger work

Data choired
Transfer Input Path

Notes : When all Fleet already Press F 10 for running scenario

Press Transfer Input Path


See Report

Press S button and than select and running

1. Memasukan Alat Baru

Press All Item


And press New
Make Resource

Press All Item Resource and New


Choice New Fleet

Follow line for choice


Link Data

Make sure code same as calendar


Link MA/ UA Data

Make sure code same as calendar


Calendar Code

After Copy Paste as Needed


2. Membuat Calender

Insert after period;


Number (1)
Name (2015)

When finished press F9


Insert Week and Month

Perhatikan sesuai garis

Rename untuk nama bulan /week (klick kanan rename)


Edit/Sesuaikan Tanggalnya

Start Stop disesuaikan.


3. Merubah Periode Laporan
Klick
Silahkan pilih sesuai kehendak
Please Select
Pilih sesuai yang dibuat, kemudian
running
4. Adjusting SR

Akan di rubah SR nya


Sesuaikan dengan yang akan
di adjust
Select blok yang sedang ditambang
Dan cari di input path
Setelah select input path silahkan transfer
To input path

Notes : setelah completes Tekan F10


Adaperubahan, selanjutnya di ulang proses tadi
Sampai ketemu coal yang maksimal.
5. Export Face Position

1. Posisikan sesuai periode yang di kehendaki


2. Select surface yang ada perubahan
3. Klick kanan pilih seperti tabel diatas, Namai sesuai dengan hati.
Tampilan surface terakhirnya

Pilih sesuai nama tadi


Tekan F4
Memunculkan tekan F4

Dirubah menjadi 0
Export to dxf
Tekan advance, lepas Layer to export kecuali Polygon outlines
Model Coordinat pilih 3 D. lalu OK dan tekan tombol save
• Cari file dxf sesuai dengan folder XPAC nya
• Lalu Import ke minescape
6,7,9 dan 10. import/modified features layers
