ACIT

The Adult-Child Interaction Test (ACIT) is a projective test that examines perceptions of adults and children through analyzing their stories about ambiguous pictures. It is administered individually or in a group to subjects aged 6-65 years. Examiners analyze responses for apperception, reasoning, motivation, and emotion to understand how subjects perceive situations and problems. The test has limitations as a projective test without strong psychometric validation and may disadvantage some with visual impairments.
