Conference Communication

Communication is essential in conferences, which are pre-arranged meetings for experts to discuss and exchange information on a particular topic. Conferences have features like position papers to avoid duplication and include learning from peers. There are many types of conferences from academic to business to press conferences. Effective conferences require proper facilities like conference halls, audio/video equipment and an agenda. Conferences allow for the exchange of ideas and coordination, and help develop democratic values, but group discussions can be dominated by a few speakers. Proper preparation and timing are important for effective conference communication.
