Information systems gain their importance by
processing the data of the company inputs to generate
information that is useful for managing the company
operations. It is ideal for companies to have an
information system to have a consistent, accurate and
secure management of data. To increase the information
system’s effectiveness, you can either add more data to
make the information more accurate or use the
information in new ways.
Every offices of the government handles huge
information and data, and they need to handle it
providing less error, and spending less time. The legal
office provides advice and written legal opinions on areas
concerning legal rights and responsibilities, and
represent clients in civil or criminal cases. Important
information and data of the government needs to be
stored in a safe and secure manner. Confidentiality is
practiced within the legal office.
Sorsogon City legal office handles the document
records of complaints, it is hard for the employees to
input the data using manual recording, it takes to much
time and effort for the employees. Possible loss of
documents can happen anytime, misplaced files. Using
software it will be easier for the employees to input and
search for the information of the complaints and cases.
Collected information and data will be save and secure.
