CREATION OF SIMPLE PAYROLL UNITS

1.Simple is defaulted as the Type of Units
2.Specify the symbol
3.Type the formal name of the symbol
4.Specify the Number of Decimal Places
5.Press Enter to accept the Unit Creation screen
CREATION OF COMPOUND PAYROLL UNITS

1.Compound units are a combination of two simple units,where


the two units have an arithmetical relationship with each other.
2.Press Backspace and select compound as the type of unit
3.Select an appropriate simple units from the display in the field
first unit
4.Enter the conversation factor
5.Select another appropriate unit in the field second unit from
the display
6.Accept the screen
ATTENDANCE/PRODUCTION TYPE

It is used to record the nature of attendance / production


ie, time and work..In tally you can create attendance
type based on time such as Present and Absent or based
on work production units such as pieces produced,sales
performance and so on.

Attendance Type

Present Attendance Type -used when the pay value is measured


on the basis of positive attendance units
Absent Attendance Types -used when the pay value is

measured on the basis of negative attendance units


Overtime Attendance Types -used when the pay value is

measured on the basis of overtime worked


Production Attendance Types -used when the pay value is

measured on the basis of units produced
