About Oracle Application Express Tool
Oracle Application Express is a rapid Web application
development tool for the Oracle database.
Using only a Web browser and limited programming
experience, you can develop fast Web applications.
It provides a wizard driven development environment for
building small to medium web applications.
The product is contained entirely within the Oracle
database and accessed via a web browser for both
development and deployment.
You can install APEX on your own machines or run in
a hosted environment on Oracle's site.
